The Voice winner Danielle Bradbery was asked these 5 Questions by The Elkhart Truth

Country singer Danielle Bradbery, who won NBC’s The Voice in 2013 was asked these question by fair goers.

What do you like about performing at a fair versus other venues?

"I love that it’s summer, and the fans are in their 'ready to have fun' kind of mood. I feel like if you are at a fair or festival, you have to get the fair food. It’s all amazing. I try to do that as much as I can. I just love hanging out and seeing what’s going on."

What’s life been like since The Voice?

"It’s been a huge change. So much has happened between now and then — my first tour was with Brad Paisley and then with Hunter Hayes, and I’ve learned a lot."

What has surprised you about life as a country music celebrity?

"It’s just really cool to see how normal these artists are, seeing behind the scenes, it’s really cool to see that kind of view. The dedication that the fans have is pretty awesome, seeing how pumped up they get during the shows. We feed off (the fans’) energy, so as much energy as they have, we will give it right back."

What songs will fans hear from you at the fair, and what is your favorite to perform?

"I’ll be singing all of my music on my album that’s out now, and I’ll throw in some covers of songs by my favorite artists. There will be a lot, and I’m really excited about these sets we've worked up.  I love performing Never Like This; I love the meaning of that song and I feel like it’s me telling my fans how I felt coming out of The Voice. It kind of gives another part of my story."

How can fans keep up what you’re doing?

”(Social media) is a big part of how I talk with my fans and let them know what’s going on with me. It’s pretty cool. We will post on social media about times to meet with fans (after shows).“

Bradbery performs at 8 p.m. Tuesday, July 22. Reserved track seats are $30. Contact the fair office for more information and for tickets, 533-3247.

Danielle Bradbery Wins ‘The Voice.’ But She Won’t Be a Star.

After four seasons, the hip new singing competition still hasn’t found a major pop star. Kevin Fallon reports that its latest winner, country singer Danielle Bradbery, isn’t it.

Reply:

07/05/2013 - Donny Mustain - daniellebradbery.org/.co/.us "Why would someone jump to this conclusion so quickly? Shame on you Kevin Fallon! Danielle is 16 years old and has NO professional training yet. We know she will prove you wrong! As if her coach Blake Shelton and Maroon 5's Adam Levine don't know what they are talking about? Maybe you have not heard her sing or something? or, are you tone deaf? Her lower register is off the charts! We will remember your comments after Danielle's first album." Donny Mustain

So I was skeptical of this song choice when I first

watched the performance, but I now lean on the

side of liking it a lot more. I lost my Grandpa in

2008, but before he died, he used to tell me all

about how things used to be, and even though I

was only 11 or 12 at the time, I liked what he

was describing more than what I was/am growing

up in. So I think this is a beautiful song, and

Danielle brings it to modern life in a beautiful

and angelic fashion. :)

It was a big first week for Danielle Bradbery‘s debut music video. ‘The Heart of Dixie’ gathered thousands of votes during last week’s Taste of Country Top 10 Video Countdown poll, but it will need even more support if she’s to take the No. 1 spot away from Scotty McCreery. New videos from Ashley Monroe and Jennifer Nettles may also make a push for the top spot.

McCreery’s ‘See You Tonight’ is No. 1 for the third straight week, besting videos by Bradbery and former multi-week No. 1 Kellie Pickler. Fellow reality stars Cassadee Pope and Blake Shelton also make a return to the countdown with their latest videos. It was a good week for Chris Young and Hunter Hayes, too. Videos from Keith Urban, Miranda Lambert and Little Big Town were the first three looking in from outside the Top 10.

Fans can vote for up to 10 videos once every hour until the poll closes next Friday at 12PM ET. The weekly Top 10 will be revealed soon after the poll closes. Videos are retired after six months, or when fans lose interest or when an artist releases a new video for a current single.

New York's Nassau Coliseum - Danielle Bradbery certainly impresses the crowd.

Overall, Danielle Bradbery did a wonderful job of warming up the stage for Brad Paisley and others. Danielle deserves to be the next country music mega-star as her live show garnered an A rating. She will be embarking soon on a national tour raising awareness on music education as part of "Music In Our Schools Month." Also, quoted by Party Marty Michell, who was at the concert, " Danielle Bradbery is one of the rising stars in country music. For 17 years old, she seems like a seasoned pro. 'Team Blake' trained her well on 'The Voice.'"
